3.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone.
Note: Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for processing, especially if the preparation has already begun.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with relevant images and order details.
We will review your request and offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Custom cakes
Personalized or made-to-order products
Once confirmed, these items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue from our side.
3.4 Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
